Our Fabrication facility meets and exceeds the benchmark of the industry.

We meet the requirements of ABSA for fabrication of certified pressure vessel’s, pressure piping and pressure fittings.

ZPE has developed and implemented a Quality Management System (QMS) that has evolved with the company throughout it’s 60 years of business.

Zazula’s employees and management are committed to frequently updating our safety procedures, processes, and the framework for measuring and improving our performance.

  • Our facility offers 15,000 ft² under one roof in a modern fabrication shop facility.
  • All equipment is tested and certified for ABSA approved fabrication standards.
  • Zazula has an overhead lifting capability of 20,000 lbs. utilizing bridge, GIB and column cranes.
  • Shop access is suited with 18’ x 18’ overhead doors.
  • Painting booth, bead sanding, hot dip tank, fluid pressure testing tank
  • CAPABLE OF LARGE PACKAGES or SMALL custom fab JOBS,
  • Zazula can build for any Industry – Fabrication and completion of Piping for oil and gas midstream companies or custom benches for signage advertising. Zazula will build any product within your desired budget

Zazula has multiple industry leading suppliers for Lube and Filters. We can deliver Litres, Pails, or Barrels – volumes to suit your budget and the proper product for your specific equipment needs.

Zazula Process Equipment Ltd. holds an APEGA permit to practice and has over five decades of engineering and design experience in multiple industries.

Our qualified team provides expert services offering our clients a complete set of stamped engineered fabrication drawings, including piping isometrics, structural and instrumentation, as well as 3D modeling and SolidWorks simulations (CFD).

With a monitored and always improving – Quality Management System (QMS),  we ensure thorough processes and procedures are in place from design to engineering to procurement of materials to fabrication to the final product.
