Oil Lubricated Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump – R5

Dry Claw Vacuum Pump – Mink

Dry claw vacuum pumps operate as a positive displacement pump. Therefore, they are perfectly suited for industrial applications in which constant vacuum and oil-free operation are essential.

Two claw-shaped rotors are mounted inside a cylindrical housing. The rotors move in opposite directions and do not come into contact with each other or the housing. The minimal clearance between the claw rotors and the housing optimizes the internal seal. Thus, no lubricants or operating fluids are required in the compression chamber. Through the rotation of the claw rotors, the pumped medium is drawn in, compressed and expelled via the outlet, generating vacuum.

The oil-free operation makes dry claw vacuum pumps ideal for applications requiring dry vacuum environments.

Dry claw vacuum pumps and compressors are highly energy-efficient and nearly maintenance-free.

Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump – Dolphin

The DOLPHIN is a robust liquid ring vacuum pump. Their proven operating principle provides isothermal (cold) compression which is especially useful for the evacuation of saturated gases, vapors and sensitive or hazardous gases.

The DOLPHIN series comprises a large variety of sizes and assemblies: single- or two-stage, with a directly flange-mounted motor, or assembled on a base plate, vacuum pumps and compressors.
